Tablet only charges at a certain angle, or not at all? It’s often a worn port or a dodgy cable. We check the cable first, then repair or replace the charging port if that’s the fault.
Spilled a drink on your tablet or dropped it in water? Switch it off and bring it in quickly. We’ll open it up, clean off the corrosion and see what can be saved. We can’t promise a fix, and we’ll be honest about that.

Often, yes. Try charging it for a while first, as a flat tablet can look dead. If it still won't start, or it's frozen on the Apple logo or a boot screen, bring it in. We'll find out whether it's the battery, charging or a software fault, then explain your options.
