Getting started is simple. Book an appointment on our website, or just pop into our Preston shop on Fishergate during opening hours. We'll take a look and talk you through it.

We Check It Over

Once you hand your device over, we check it to find the exact fault, then give you a clear price before we start. Diagnostics are chargeable, and we'll tell you the cost upfront so you stay in control. Nothing gets done until you say go ahead.

The Repair

Once you're happy with the price, our technicians carry out the repair using tested, quality parts. Straightforward jobs are often done the same day; board-level repairs take at least five working days.

Tested & Ready to Collect

Before we hand it back, we test the device to make sure the repair has worked. We'll let you know it's ready so you can pop in and collect it whenever suits you. Repairs come with a 3-month warranty against part failure.
